  1. now this is what I call an awesome blog post!
people wanna feel good about their culture and history (ofcourse after being proud of our beloved religion)

I have to admit, this is what caught my eye immediately!
"Due to some personal and intimate issues, Roshan went to India and returned only after Ghani Khan promised to "behave.""

Its funny coz I was discussing Ghani khan with a friend last week and here you write a post on honorable Ghani Khan!

    1. Salaamuna ao pa khair, Anonymous!
Thank you for visiting and reading us!

Indeed - people want to feel pride in their people, culture, history, and so a great way to bring that feeling is by re-visiting our history, even if looking just a decade or two earlier :)

@ the Roshan part: Yes! That caught my attention as well. And the fact that Ghani "promised to 'behave'" made me smile, LOL. C'mon - it's Ghani! And, my God, he loved her so much and waited 6 years for her! How precious! We certainly have a lot to learn from him!

  2. Beautiful , Great blog post and ofcourse very informative too, I really remember and want to share his early days poem i.e
" Chi Khazay Shinay Mi Par Qabar Wi Walyarhi,
Ka Ghulam Marh Wam Raazi Tu Kri Pre Larhi,
Ka Pa Khpalo Weeno Na Wam Lambedalai,
Pa Maa Ma Paleetha-Wai Da Jumaat Gharhi,
Ya Ba Da Be Nanga Mulk Bagh-e-Adan Kram,
Ya Ba Kram Da Pashtano Kussay Ujaarhi, "

And one thing more as I guess, King Amanullah stand was not to make Afghanistan modern but westernized , and that is the cause of revolt of Mullah Shor Bazar and Bacha Saqa, any how , again really great job , plz keep it up,

  10. Here I would like to talk about Rajeev Chaba who is the inspiration for many people. He started as a normal engineering student but went on to become an able leader. He has done ME in Mechanical engineering from Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College in Gorakhpur, to further increase his knowledge he pursued an MBA in Marketing from IIM Bangalore, which is yet another prestigious institutes of India. The knowledge he gained through his education was well spent and contribution to develop motor industry is remarkable.

  13. First of all I appreciate your efforts for the informative blog. Well done its an awesome blog. ( Khad pe Tamam de)

I just want to add one thing in below mentioned sentence from your blog post and correction of a word, the only one word which is missing is the village name where the Great Ghani Baba born.... and that is the village ''Utmanzai''.
    1. Please add the village name before the Hashtnagar so people will know more in detail. As many people know that there are 8 villages in Hashnagar ( Charsadda, Prang, Rajjar, Utmanzai, Turangzai, Umarzai, Sherpao and Tangi) so there will be no confusion for those who don't know in which part of Hashtnagar Ghani Khan born.
    2. The name is Khyber Pakhtunkhwa not Khyber Pashtunkhwa, both are using in general but the correct word is Pakhtunkhwa.

***** Ghani Khan was born in January 1914 in Hashtnagar, in present-day Charsadda in Pakistan's northwestern province of Khyber Pashtunkhwa ***

Thanks to add the village name.

    Regards.

    1. Thank you so much for your feedback and readership, Fawad Khana! I added "Utmanzai" to the location.

As for "Pashtunkhwa" vs "Pakhtunkhwa" - there's no difference; it's simply a dialectical thing, and I prefer "PaSHtunkhwa" because it's more accessible in terms of pronunciation for non-Pashtuns. But I appreciate your insight, and am grateful you shared it with us!

      Best,
